Gayville Achievers is a general purpose 4-H club. That just means we are involved in A LOT of project areas. We try to meet the 3rd Sunday of every month starting at 5 pm. This year we’ve tried to work on projects that the members could enter at County Fair. This included Kinetic Sand for Child Development, A metal stand for Home Environment, Ice Cream in a bag for Dairy and paper airplanes for Aerospace and Rocketry. We’ve also done many Community Service projects for the SD State Ambassadors statewide community service project of Paws for a Cause. To this end we purchased dog food and donated thru TSC and had a fund raiser for Heartland Humane Society at The Hayshed in Gayville. During the fundraiser Heartland brought out 3 puppies. All 3 were adopted with one going to our member Tristan! Tristan is hoping to show him next year! We would love to have you join us for the 2024 club year. AND you don’t have to live in Gayville to belong to our club! Hope to see you at a meeting!
